Or-Sat was founded in 1995 in Żary as a company with Italian capital, immediately setting out to combine Italian manufacturing experience with local production efficiency.
Over the years, the company has developed a solid and flexible structure capable of meeting the needs of diversified markets.
Today Or-Sat is divided into two separate production divisions, each with specific skills and highly qualified personnel: the Upholstery Sector, specializing in the production of cushions, upholstery and textile accessories for the furniture industry, and the Automotive Sector, dedicated to the production of components for the automotive industry.
This dual core enables the company to operate with versatility while maintaining high standards in quality, innovation and customer service.

Sewing Sector ﹁

Founded in 1995 in Żary, Or-Sat’s Sewing division has established itself as a benchmark in the production of cushions, upholstery and linings for the furniture industry.

The Auto division was established as a natural expansion of the Sewing division and is also based in Żary, in an independent factory.
Design, prototyping, and production of components for the automotive industry are at the heart of its activities, particularly sunshade covers and transmission and brake covers.
The company is IATF-certified, ensuring that it meets the quality standards required by the automotive industry.
Strategic location near the German border enables efficient and fast logistics to major European markets.
